Our gram panchayat, which is becoming the center of attention of Palakkad district, is located in the Kanjirapuzha gram panchayat, which includes the agricultural hilly areas including Pottassery 1 and 2 villages, parts of Palakkayam and Kallamala villages, adjacent to the Western Ghats. The Kanjirapuzha dam and garden are the fame of the Kanjirapuzha gram panchayat.The rivers Kanjirapuzha, Poonchola, and Nellippuzha, as well as the canal that runs through the heart of the gram panchayat, enrich the panchayat with water.
